Lightest Double Stroller
When searching for a lightweight double stroller the weight and size are the most important aspects to consider. Choosing one that's simple to use and compact when not in use makes it easier to put in the trunk of your car, and to maneuver through airport security and other foreign streets.
The most lightweight strollers have an easy, intuitive fold that allows them to stand on their own. This helps reduce stress on the body of the parent. Many strollers have multiple seating configurations, and some can accommodate infant car seats.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus
Created for families on moving. Lightweight with a convenient one-hand compact fold. All-terrain wheels, front suspension and multi-position reclining seats can will accommodate children as heavy as 50 lbs. The tray for parents and kids and a large storage basket and 3-tiered extended canopy with peekaboo window provide maximum sun protection.
The Cloud received one of the lowest scores on our quality tests due to a flimsy feel, hard plastic seats and a design that is dated. double buggy 's also costly compared to other strollers with lighter weights and is therefore not a good choice if you're looking for an economical option.
Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it comes with enough features to be worth considering. Its swiveling wheels make it easy for you to maneuver it on flat surfaces. It can also jump curbs with ease. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage, however; it's nearly at knee height, and not adjustable. It's difficult to push while your legs hang like that. The lack of padding does not make it any easier.
During testing, we found that the Cloud was simple to set up and open. It's a bit more complicated to close, however. You have to slide a slider and then push a large white button to cause it to collapse. This can be frustrating particularly if you're trying to keep track of kids while doing it.
The Cloud has a small but deep storage basket that could accommodate a medium-sized diaper bag. It's a little narrow however you'll probably need to put something in it to reach back to get it back. The Cloud comes with two tray for parents and children with two cup holders each, but both are too narrow to accommodate larger cups or bottles.

Joovy Kooper X2
The Kooper X2 is an excellent choice for parents seeking an easy-to-use double stroller that can hold two children. The sling-style seats are comfortable and provide a similar amount of headroom. It also allows children to sit together. In contrast to other strollers that are side-by-side this one Kooper X2 offers a fully reclined seat that's an ideal spot to nap. Its recline feature is simple to use, but it doesn't really go flat. Children who are taller may have a leg hanging in reclined positions. It also comes with a large canopy that we found to be better in blocking out sun than some other options in our top double strollers review.
The stroller is light enough to navigate through door frames, which was a big issue for us with some other models we tried. It folds easily and the handlebars are located close to the ground. The only issue is its limited storage space. When it is full of kids' stuff, it feels cramped.
