The four rubber composite tires are great for pavements and urban terrain. However, they are not made for off-roading. They had trouble with long grass and gravel and there wasn't enough clearance between the wheel bracket and wheel which meant that mud could get stuck easily. Our tester loved this vehicle and was able to climb some beautiful hillocks that were muddy.

Our testers found the Nipper Double was incredibly easy to maneuver, even when moving off on uneven ground or turning swiftly in the middle of a busy street. The possibility that the seats could be reclined independently was also a big hit.

They also appreciated that the hoods were able to be moved back and forward making them easy to adjust to the sun or for wind protection. They didn't provide the same coverage as Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It might be worth having an extra rain cover inside the case.

Overall, our testers were impressed with the way the Nipper Double allowed them to take their twins Sydney and Lyla on all sorts of adventures, from spotting wildlife in the woods, to running to the park to play with their friends. They were also amazed by how cozy and spacious the two seats are, with plenty of space for toddlers to stretch out in. Our testers did note that the lack of a parent-facing seating and the inability of using car seats in the buggy was a disadvantage and they would like to have more storage space for shopping and other equipment.
